Summary of Activities

Mandatory activities
Seminars (10h)¹	An annual, minimum seminar of 10h, organized by the PhD / University program.
Scientific Congresses²	Participation in at least one congress, preferably during the second or third course.
Article / scientific book chapter³	An article / chapter of a book, minimum, preferably written during the second or third course.
Optional activities
Stays in research centers⁴	Performing stays in foreign research centers, preferably at least three months.

Justification of the Activities

¹Justification for assistance extended by the organizers or by the coordinator or secretary of the CAPD (with the information sent by the organizers).

²Participation: certificate of presentation of a communication or report issued by the organization of the Congress, or copy of the book of abstracts (including the cover, page with the data of the Congress, page with the registration number and / or ISBN, index with the title of the contribution, page with the summary of the communication / presentation). the authorship of the student must be proven unequivocally. Assistance: official attendance certificate issued by the congress organization.

³Copy of the scientific article written and / or published. Published articles must contain the complete reference. In the case of articles written (and not yet published), these must be accompanied by a report from the Tutor or Director of the Thesis accrediting the authorship of the student.

⁴Certificate of completion of the stay issued by the responsible person of the student in the reception center. the duration of the stay must be included in the certificate.
